This is the last stage of the Berkeley redevelopment scheme for Royal Clarence Marina. We were lucky enough to be involved with the last three phases and to finish with this 55 unit block of flats is a fantastic send off.
This is a small site with many logistical issues but with Mike Paddock, the Berkeley project manager, and our onsite team led by Darren George, we expect smooth sailing on this coastal site.
